Kyle was super helpful - he installed our pet fence in one day, and then came back multiple times during our dog's training. He made sure all our questions were answered and guaranteed our pet fence would contain our dog. We live on a lake by a busy road so I was worried. Our dog learned right away on the system and we couldn't be happier. No more actual fence to mow & weed-eat around. Just a happy dog and a satisfied customer. I recommend you all the time Mr. Heyen!

We are very happy with our fence and the consistently good service we receive from Kyle. The fence was installed last year and we have had no issues with it. Kyle completed the install and training in one day, and took the time to ensure both I and the dog understood what to do. Unlike other companies, Kyle provides service and coaching after the sale at no additional charge. Also, Defence Your Pet is the only company I found that will replace a damaged or faulty transmitter/collar at no charge.
Once we knew the fence was going to work for our young Vizsla, we asked Kyle to add more area which he did at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with the fence or the customer service and highly recommend Kyle.
Note that both our trainer and our vet said this type of fence would not work with a hunting dog, but after talking with Kyle the first time I knew his training expertise would work for us.
